The ReporteR is a hand-held chemical composition analyzer that rapidly verifies the identity of any plastic resin or compound. Real-time, on-the-spot and accurate ID of the sample occurs by comparing its unique molecular fingerprint to that of reference polymers stored in a local library. Obvious and simple diagnostic results are displayed on a highly visible LED display that enables non-technical users to employ the device. The ease of use, single-hand operation, small size and weight of the ReporteR allows the operator to test the material composition at the point of receipt, use, or delivery.

Results are viewed within seconds and can be accessed on the device itself via a simple, intuitive user interface. The device can also interface to a PC through USB or a removable SD card for library and data management through our software.
